your life is worth living even if you’re “not doing anything”

your life is worth living even if you are “letting life pass you by”

your life is worth living even if you stay in bed all day every day watching netflix

you don’t have to be big, beloved, important, beautiful, wealthy or famous

there is dignity in just being

it is ok to be

you merely have to be

ALL OF THIS.

I would like to add that the one talking about people checking out other people, while completely accurate, doesn’t talk about part of what people do when checking out other people. Cat calling is what most call it, verbal harassment is another sadly, but either way, both men and women do it.

So if you think it’s okay for women to catcall but not men, you’re part of the problem.

Agreed. The first part reminds me of something my grandmother use to tell me. “When a lady hits a man she stops behaving like a lady. Therefore he no longer has to treat her as such.” One if those phrases that gets past done from one to another.
